COLD, SQUALLY WEATHER.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The weather will be cold, changeable and squally generally, with showers in most districts, and heavy rain on parts of the east coast, with hail in places. There will be snow on the high country and on parts of the low levels of the South Island. A rather deep low-pres-sure wave has been crossing the Dominion to-day, but a fairly intense anticyclone is advancing across the Tasman Sea. Winds will become 'southerly generally, and be strong to gale force. Seas will become rough generally.
