JUDGMENTS FOR DEBT
CLAIMS MADE IN NEW PLYMOUTH Judgment by was given by Mr. R. W. Tate, S.M., in the following debt claims in New Plymouth yesterday: A- J- Fyfe v. J. McLean, 16s 8d (costs 14s); H. W. Farmer v. J. G. McLean, £2 12s 4d (£1 6s 6d); Egmont Boot and Shoe Company v. E. Johnson, ’£l 18s fid costs; M. Griffin v. W. Reynolds, £1 8s (8s); B. Harris v. E. Reynolds, £9 18s (£1 10s 6d). -
Under a ‘judgment summons D. J. Byrne was ordered to pay F. P. Grundy [£2o Os M (costs £1 Ils Cd) forthwith, in default 21 days’ imprisonment; Percy Willing was ordered to pay Dunhar Stores, Ltd., £44 183 Od (costs £1 Ils 6d), in default 21 days’ imprisonment; C, Johnston was ordered to pay Newton King, Ltd. £5 18s 2d and costfi las Gd, in default six days’ imprisonment.
