FATAL MOTOR ACCIDENT
CHARGE 'AGAINST CAR DRIVER.
By Telcgraph.--PAs3 Association. ’ ' Palmerston N., July 23. Arising from a fatal accident which occurred on Mt. Stewart on April 12, when a motor cyclist, Alfred Hickey, was injured and died iti hospital, John Joseph Evans, a labourer of Rongotea, was charged in the Police Court with driving a motor-car recklessly or negligently, thereby, causing death. •Evans was committed for'trial at the next session of the Supreme Court at Palmerston North.
