LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston N., July 23. ' At an extraordinary meeting held this morning representatives of the dairy companies interested in tho National Dairy Association took the formal action necessary for the liquidation of the association and its reconstruction as a limited liability company. The chairman, Mr. A. Morton, said the object of the meeting was to confirm the resolution passed at Hamilton to the effect that it was expedient for the share capital of the association to be taken over by a new company, to be known as the National Dairy Association of New Zealand, Ltd.; that the existing association be wound up voluntarily; that the assets be transferred to the new company in the form of share capital. A resolution . was passed confirming the motion passed at Hamilton. The committee appointed at Hamilton recommended that a sub-committee of the executive be appointed to conduct the activities other than commercial trading, and that a part time secretary be appointed. This was agreed to, it being explained that the object of the resolution was for the coinmittee to devote, its activities to a particular class of work, principally the remit carried at the annual conference, and of its own initiative take action on matters affecting the industry as a whole.
