WEBSTER BROS, will offer for sale by public auction at their saleroom, James’ Lane, New Plymouth, on FRIDAY, August 22, at 11.30 a.m: — A third mortgage registered as No. 45405 securing the principal sum of £1950, overdue, bearing interest at per cent, lower rate, of a Taranaki freehold farm property. The prior mortgages are of £3700 and £l6OO respectively.
