SALVATION ARMY OFFICER. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. After 22 years’ service as Salvation Army probation officer in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court, Mrs. Brigadier Glover is retiring, and will shortly leave foi' England, where she will spend some time with relatives before returning. Few women or girls have -come before magistrates or judges with whom Mrs. Glover ever had to deal, and in many instances they have been reclaimed with excellent results. A farewell was tendered to Mrs. Glover to-night, at which Mr. Justice Blair, Mr. Dallard (Director of irisons), magistrates and others, paid tributes to her excellent social work.
