AMOUNT SOON OVERSUBSCRIBED. British Wireless. Rugby, July 16. The Austrian international loan of £3,000,000 in 7 per bonds, was • offered to-day for subscription in Britain at 95 per cent., and within two hours of the opening of the lists they were declared closed. It is understood that the subscriptions. greatly exceeded the amount offered.
