FARMERS’ TOUR IN SOUTH
A COMPREHENSIVE ITINERARY. By Telegraph,—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. With the object of gaining an insight into the agricultural conditions of th© South Island a party of fanners from Poverty Bay, Hawke’s Bay, Wairaraps and Manawatu will leave Wellington on Saturday night by the Maori. I heir itinerary is comprehensive and embrace# all the important farming districts betwen Christchurch and Dunedin. Visits will also be paid to Lincoln Agricultural , College and the Kawarau dam. The tour . will occupy 17 days and is being arranged by the Railway Department in conjunction with the Farmers’ Union,
