YORK ROAD NEWS. The York Road euchre party on Friday night was a great success, fourteen and. ahalf tables being, engaged. The ladies’ prize went to Airs. Mason and the men’s to Air. Potroz. The dance was well patronised. Mrs. Leslie provided the musio and extras were played by Mr. Jack Newstroski. The Monte Casio dance was won ‘ by Mr. L. Wattemburg and Miss Eileen Letts and the lucky spot by Miss Dodunski and partner. . Denbigh Road people came .to A.ork Road on Monday night and a very en^ r ’ able evening was spent playing crib, "be visitors proved too good but York Road hopes to win the return match next week.
