Mr. Moller’s careful selection of good pedigree Jersey bulls, combined with his practice of heavily culling each year, has been the means of the herd attaining its present high standard of quality, combined with heavy production ability. Association testing has been taken, full advantage of, and individual returns will be available on sale day. The cows, with the exception of 12, are all fawns and are in excellent condition. Forty-five of them are second to fourth calvers, while the balance are carrying their fifth calf, and the majority are due to calve to the service of purebred Jersey bulls in July and August. They are all dehorned. Our agent, who has made an inspection of the herd, reports that it is an outstanding one for.quality, and offers a rare opportunity to farmers desirous of securing the best, to fulfill their requirements.
