WAR BOOKS CONDEMNED
PROTEST FROM WELLINGTON. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, June 19. A strong protest was made at the annual meetipg of the local Returned Soldiers’ Association against some recent ’ war books. A motion was passed affirming that “they are wholly false as portraying the spirit of war and, in our opinion, substantially false in detailing the facts.”.
