GIANT BRITISH PLANE
MACHINE OF ENORMOUS POWER. British Wireless. Rugby, June 11. A British paesenger aeroplane, weighing when fully loaded approximately 13 tons and able to carry 43 people at 100 miles an hour, is soon to undergo its first flying trials. This giant machine is the first of a super fleet to be employed by Imperial Airways on main air lines. It ./ill be driven by four engines, developing a total of 21,240 horsepower and has been designed and constructed by the Handley Page Company.
