Dr. E. B. Gunson, been elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, states a London cable. Mr. S. F Burgess, who has been on a trip to the Pacific islands, returned to New Plymouth yesterday. Mr. F. W. Frkert, Engineer-in-Chief to the Public Works Department, passed through New Plymouth yesterday. Mr. D. D. Wilson, a member of th© Hamilton Borough Council, is at present on a visit to New Plymouth. Mr. Wil* son, who is keenly interested in dogs, is acting as judge of the kennel club’s show at the winter show. Mr. J. Stacker, Birmingham, Mr. W. A. Fraser, Wellington, Mr. D.
