COUNCIL FAVOUR CHANGE. t By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night, The Council of Education to-day approved Sir Thomas Sidey’s suggestion that the main summer school holidayfl should he in February and recommended the matter be referred for consideration to the governing bodies of the universities, secondary schools, technical schools and primary schools, and to the teachers’ associations. They would be asked to communicate their views to the Council of Education so that the matter might be considered at the next meeting. • • '
