Co.), Golden Cloud (5700 tons), left Portland April 10, loading at Seattle, Tacoma, Vancouver, San Francisco, and left Los Angeles on May 1 with cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth. Maheno, withdrew from the service for one trip on her arrival back at Wellington, to enable her to undergo her annual overhaul and survey. She leaves Dunedin again on Monday next for Melbourne, . via. Bluff, taking up her ordinary time-table. COASTAL MOVEMENTS. The Kaimai is due on Saturday afternoon, having been barbound. The vessel has 449 tons of railway coal and 480 poles. From New Plymouth she leaves for Wellington. (U.S.S. Co.) The John is due from south to-morrow morning with 190 tons. She sails for Port Waikato, Wellington and Dunedin. (Hooker Bros.) The Hauturu, with 200 tons, was unable to cross the Manukau bar yesterday and returned to Onehunga, whence she sails to-morrow at noon, arriving at New Plymouth on Sunday morning. (Northern Co.) The Himatangi,. from Dunedin and southern ports,-is due at New Plymouth on Sunday with 150 tons. Later she proceeds to Wellington, Dunedin and Lyttelton. The Mahana, which arrived at .New Plymouth on Saturday from Napier and has lifted .11,600 boxes of butter, 5800 crates of cheese and 9000 freight earcases of meat ’for the Home markets, sailed last night for Wellington and Auckland to complete loading. ■

HORORATA DELAYED. The Hororata has been delayed at New Plymouth, and will now leave on Monday for Wanganui for further' loading. PORT PIRIE AT SUVA. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Pirie reached Suva from London at noon on Tuesday. After unloading general cargo for Fiji tho vessel will proceed to . Port Chalmers, Lyttelton and Timaru to complete discharge. She is scheduled to reach Port Chalmers on June 17. For Jier homeward voyage the Port Pirie is to load at Oamaru about June 28, and afterwards at Wanganui, New Plymouth, Auckland, Napier and Wellington. She is scheduled to leave Wellington on July 19 for London, via Montevideo. ANTONIO LEAVES WESTPORT. The tramp steamer Antonio cleared Westport for Nauru Island yesterday morning to load another phosphate cargo for either New Zealand or Australia. The vessel discharged 4000 tons of phosphates at New Plymouth early in May. ARGYLLSHIRE AT COLON. Reported to have reached Colon on Monday, the New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Argyllshire is en route from Liverpool to New Zealand. She has general merchandise from west coast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin and New Plymouth. Her arrival at Auckland is scheduled for July 1, and at New Plymouth for late in July. BAR-BOUND AT GREYMOUTH. Tho Union Company advise that’ the .Kahikaj loading for Wellington, and the Kaimai, loading for New Plymouth and Wellington, were bar-bound at Greymouth on Wednesday.
