SIGNALS FOR THE BLIND
INDICATIONS TO MOTORISTS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Juno 13. At a meeting of the Otago Motor Club a letter was received from the Jubilee Institute for the Blind approving the club’s suggestion that tho blind should hold up tho right hand when intending to cross streets. As uniformity is desirable the matter will be brought before the South Island Motor Union at the next meeting.
