Nolan and Co. report having submitted a fully representative catalogue to a full bench of buyers Competition was keen throughout, and prices generally showed an upward tendency. It seemed as though inquiry was being made for hides of certain classes, particularly for light cow for export. Skins were keenly competed for at slightly better rates than those obtained last month. Oddments of wool were also keenlv sought. On the whole, it was the best sale we have had for many months. , . , o .
