JN Pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 17 of ‘The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926,” and with the consent of the ratepayers of the Special Rating area in the Egmont County hereinafter described testified by a consent signed by all the ratepayers in the said Special Rating area, the Egmont County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows:— “For the purpose of draining, culverting and earthwork on the Rua Road, the Egmont County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £2OO at 5i per centum per annum’for a period of 25 years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised."
