DEAL OVER RADIOPHONE.

SUM OF £125,000 INVOLVED. ■; '■ Already records are being established by means of the radiophone to London. Ono morning recently two boards of directors, one in Sydney and the other,, •in London, talked over the phone for 28 minutes, and a deal involving over £125,000 was completed. At St. James building the board of directors of Australasian Brokerage, Ltd., and Mr. Rosenthal, representing a Sydney group, purchased tbe> Vocalion foreign assets in Australia, which includes the fae-. tory. At the Vocation office in London tho directors of the company had thq conversations broadcast to stenographers, and the deal was completed in 2$ minutes. Tho cost of the conversation amounted to £57. Without the facility offered by thei phone, the deal would have taken months of cabling before being corn* pleted..
