'SERIES OF EUCHRE PARTIES., - (From Our Own Correspondent.) The fourth series for the euchre aggregate was held on Thursday evening when the attendance was again very good, 18 tables being engaged. The men’s prizewinner was Mr. M. May. Mrs. Hoby and Miss Green tied, tihe latter winning the play-off. Mr. T. Walsh has dofiated.il for the men’s aggregate jirize. " Mr. Schrider and family have taken possession of their farm, which was recently occupied by Mr. McKoy. This will mean an addition of two more children to the school role. Mrs. F; Watson has gone to Wellington. - • < ' ■■■■■} Miss. M. Fitzgibbon, Napier, has been staying with Mrs. T. Walsh. Master Billy Maloney, who recently met with an accident, is progressing very satisfactorily and is expected home soon. Miss Eileen Reynolds is spending $ holiday in New Plymouth.
