DEATH UNDER ANAESTHETIC

While having an anaesthetic administered to him prior to having teeth extracted Mr. H. W. Reynolds, married, aged 45 years, collapsed and died in a dental surgery. An inquest was opened before Mr. F. K. Hunt. After evidence of identification had been given it was adjourned until Monday. Mr. Reynolds was a prominent member of the College Rilles Football Club, of which he was vice-president. He was chief cleric in the London and Liverpool and Globe Insurance Company, having been connected with the company for 14 years. He is survived by his widow*.
