FARMER FOUND INJURED
DISCOVERY BY NEIGHBOUR.
Lying helpless near a roller with injuries to his chest, Mr. C. Hodges, Carrington Road, was discovered by a neighbour, at. six o’clock on Thursday evening. The neighbour, Mr. H. H. Olson, was going out to milk when he heard a cry for help. He found Mr. Hodges semi-conscious. Tangled in a fence netir by were the horses which had been dragging the roller. Mr. Olson summoned a doctor and Mr. Hodges .was - taken to hospital. It is believed Mr. Hodges was driving the roller across Mr. Olson’s property when, going down the hill, the roller upset and passed over Mr. Hodges. Last evening Mr. Hodges’ condition was- reported as satisfactory.
