Rec. 1 Ip.m. Rome, May 7. The civic authorities’ methods of dealing with unemployment here are drastic. All workers who are not in positions are being transported elsewhere. Rome .is encircled by an immigration barrier, and only those may enter who produce evidence that work is awaiting them in the city.
