A LABOUR RE-SHUFFLING.

Rec. 7 p.m. London, May 7. It is understood that Mr. Ben Turner, Secretary for Mines, will shortly retire from the Ministry and be succeeded by Major A. T. Lee or Mr. Vernon Hartshorn, both members of the Simon Commission.
It is rumoured that Mr. Noel Buxton, a member of the Cabinet, and Minister of Agriculture, has been designated for an important colonial post which will soon be becoming vacant.
