» By Telegraph.—Press Association. ’ < - Wellington, Last Night. The weather will still be fine generally, except for some showers in South Westland and in Eovcaux Strait There will be some frosts to-night, but temperatures generally will, be milder. Winds will be light to moderate; 'and variable but westerlies prevailing in and south, of Cook Strait and freshening about Fovcaux Strait. Later the winds will tend northerly. Seas will be smooth to moderate generally but will rise in Fovcaux Strait.
