Yorkshire. —M.C.C. in the first innings made 276 for nine wickets declared (Lee 62, Hendren 111; MacAulay took five wickets for /3) and in . the second innings 69 (Mae-. Aulay took five wickets for 22 and Robinson three for 14). Yorkshire in the first inning made 257 (Sutcliffe 74; Kennedy took four wickets for 9), and in the second innings 89 for three wickets. Yorkshire won by seven wickets. ' .Worcester v. Surrey. —'Worcester in the first inn : :;gs made 40 (Allonl took three wickets for 11 and Stroud four for 17), and in the second innings 183 (Allom took four wickets for 60, and Stroud four for 36). Surrey in the first innings made 447 for eight wickets and' declared (Hobbs 66, Sandham 65, Ducat 125, Shepherd 82). Surrey won by an innings and 224 runs. ' Nottingham v. Sussex.—Nottingham, in the first innings made 273 (Whysall 113; Wensley took four wickets for 73), and in the second innings 89 for six wickets. Sussex in the first innings made 188 (tfarks 83; Staples took six wickets for 50). Nottingham won on the first innings.

Northamptonshire v. Lancashire. — Nor*’ " n‘-.'n«liire in the first innings made 152 (Tyldesley took four wickets for 36) and in the second innings 164 (Hopwood took Cve wickets for 40, and Tyldesley four- for 49). Lancashire in. the first innings made 337 for six wickets and declared (Iddon 93, Eckersley not out 69, Hop wood. 62). Lancashire won bv an innings and 21 runs. ’Kent v. Oxford University.—Kent in the first innings made 133 (Peebles took six wickets for 68). Oxford in the first innings made 407 (Melville 78, I'ord 155). The match was drawn. Glamorgan, v. Warwick. —Glamorgan in the first inpings made 269, aiid'jn the second 120 for one wicket. Warwick in the first innings made 251. Glamorgan won on the first innings.
