DEATH OF MR. J. WARING SAXTON.. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Nelson, May 2. The death has occurred of one of Nelson's earliest settlers, Mr. John Waring Saxton, aged 83. One of a family of nine, he was the last member. He was the fifth son of .th? late Mr. John Wiring Baxton, whb..'arrived in Nelson by.' the Clifford in May, 1842. .
