ALLEGED THEFT OF CUTTER
MARORO ENGINEER CHARGED.

Auckland, April 30. Hugh Eugene Fischer, aged 49, an engineer, who was arrested at Dunedin on April 22 on the arrival of the Maui Poma-e, was charged to-day with stealing on November 18 the cutter Maroro, valued at £350. He was remanded for a week on bail.
