GOVERNOR-GENERAL'S TOUR
PRESENTATION MADE BY MAORIS.

The Governor-General and party visited Rotorua High School, the Maori school of arts and crafts, public institutions and the Fairy Springs this morning. Tn the afternoon they made an extended tour of the thermal regions at Wha.karewarewa, guided by Guide Rang!. Mita Taupopoki welcomed them at the model pa and accompanied them through the village, where a demonstration of Maori cooking was given. Mita presented a carved taiaha to Lady Blcdisloe on behalf of a section of the Arawa tribe. The party attended a Maori entertainment to-night.
