Mr. J. E. Fenton, Australian Minister of Customs, a delegate at the Naval Conference, departed for Australia by the Aquitania this morning. Many farewelled him at Waterloo station, including Mr. Butler representing Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, and Colonel Desatge, representing Lord Passfield.
