The question of length and waistline are both satisfactorily settled, so far as formal afternoon gowns are concerned, by this delightful model in rich blue crepe satin. The waistline is slightly indicated at normal, the hip-line is trim and slender, and the shapely skirt falls gracefully to the ankles, opening in front, however, over a rather shorter under panel.
