Tho Commercial Association to-day took cognisance of the murder, bomb and crime waves, and demanded that the tide of crime be stemmed. “The recent failure of tho law enforcement bodies to check persons of known criminal tendencies can no longer' be countenanced,” it stated. Tho association announced that a group of citizens composed of men of known corii'ifg'e and action would be appointed to prepared a definite plan of action.
