Tommy Thompson, £1 7s 9d (costs 8s); Taranaki Trade Association v, Northcott Bros., £B4 Is (costs £5 17s). Under a judgment summons Norman P. Prout was ordered to pay George Grey forthwith £37 3s and costs £1 19s Gd, in default three days’ imprisonment, G. 11. Bendall was ordered to pay C. Skitrop £lO 6s 9d and costs £1 Is at the rate of 16s a month. J. J, Peterson was ordered to ppy 11. H. Gaze £6 10s Gd and costs 15s Gd, in default seven days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended during the payment of £1 a fortnight.
