WAR CLAIMANTS’ APPEAL
DISMISSED BY COURT.

The Court of Appeal dismissed the appeal of the War Claimants’ Association seeking to reverse Sir Justice Wright’s decision refusing permission to amend a petition of right in connection with its claims to £1,500,000 on behalf of 28 persons, which were an offshoot of the total claims of £54,000,000 against reparations.
