BRITISH GEOLOGIST KILLED
MOTOR COLLISION IN TEXAS.

Rec. 10.30 p.m. New York, Dec. 30. A message from Dallas, Texas, states that Dr. Jonathan Carver, the noted British geologist, wag killed in a motorcar collision. Representing the British Museum, he had been digging amongst Indian ruins in Arizona for several months. He was en route to London with specimens when death overtook him.
