Mr. Justice Hill, in the Divorce Court, deciding a suit for judicial separation by Mrs. Nachimson, who was formerly a Russian actress and now resides in Surrey, and who was married in Moscow in 1024 to a Russian mining engineer, gave judgment for the petitioner. The respondent was never married within tho meaning of tho English law. They were not husband and wife, and he did not possess jurisdict' n.
