Rec. 7 p.m. London, Dec. 26. A message from Elgin says that Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, the Prime Minister, states that he will devote his entire mornings to work in connection with the Naval Conference during his stay at Lossiemouth.
The family was delighted with a telegram sent by Mr. Mackenzie King, Prime Minister of Canada, announcing that a mountain had been named Ishbel.
