KOREAN STUDENTS CHARGED
“RED” SECRET SOCIETY ALLEGED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. Rec. 9.40 p.m. Tokio, Dec. 27. The arrest is revealed of 180 Korean students at Tokio universities who allegedly are implicated in the recent student troubles at Korea. The Japanese authorities at Korea allege that trouble among students developed a political character under the direction of a “secret society of Communist tendency.” Vernacular papers at Tokio assert that the movement involved 40 schools in six Korean provinces.
