By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.
Berlin, Dec. 20.
Georges Tchitcherin will return to Moscow early in January and urge the acceptance of his resignation as Soviet Foreign Commissar. Tchitcherin, who has been under treatment at Wiesbaden for over a year, has been unable to take any active part in foreign affairs, and asked to be relieved some time ago. It is believed here that the Soviet will accept his resignation as the result of his forthcoming journey, which is permitted by his physicians only after’ a thorough examination of their patient.
