Mrs. Coleman and Miss Joan Coleman have motored to Plimmerton, where they will be staying for a few weeks.

Dr. Dorie Gordon was hostess at a delightful bridge party last Friday evening. The guests included Mesdames A. Budge, Hunt, A. Coleman, F. P. Uniaeke, L. Furrie, Hill, Truby King, D. Steven, Harrison, G. Hall, L. Curtis, H. E. Abraham, D. S. Glasgow, E. H. Young, F. Malfroy, S. Maealister, L. H. Jardine and Miss Hill.

Miss L. Skoglund. Sydney, is spending a short holiday with her mother, Mrs. Skoglund.

Mies Syme, Sydney, is the gueet of Mrs. Skoglund.

Mrs. D. Steven and family are spending the summer holidays at their beach cottage at Ngamotu.

Mre. Creeswell has motored to Auckland and intends to be away for several weeks.

Mrs. H. E. Abraham and family are in residence at Ngamotu for the summer holidays.

Fraser, Truby King. S. Pitt, F. Malfroy, H. Good, W. H. Young, J. Fredrie and Misses H. and P. Abraham, Joan Coleman, Muriel Young and M. Malone.

Mrs. C. D. Sole i«? spending the holidays in Auckland.

Mrs. R. A. Ritchie and Airs. Swanson (Tariki) are on a holiday motor tour to Rotorua.

A visitor at the New Plymouth races was Aliss Ursula Syme, Alelbourne. Aliss Syme, who is the guest of Airs. P. Skoglund, Stratford, arrived in New Zealand on Afonday, having returned with Aliss Aleryl Skoglund, who has been on a visit to Alelbourne.

Aliss K. Allen left on Monday for Auckland.
