THREE COMPLAINTS MADE LATERAN PACT MENACED UNFAIR TO CATHOLICISM. By Telegraph—Tress Assn. —Copyright. Rec. 9.45 p.m. Rome, Dec. 25. Pope Pius during the visit of the Cardinals with Christmas greetings took occasion to express three complaints against the civil Government’s interpretation of the concordat.
