COMMUNIST PAPER’S ALLEGATION. By Assn.—Copyright. Berlin, Dec. 18. Welt Am Ambend, a Communist publication, in an unsigned article upon the ex-Kabser at Doorn, attributes to Wilhelm the following statement: “When I drive through the Brandenburg Gate in two or three years’ time I will soon make an end of the Red Ban.” (The Red Ban is a Communist badge). The paper adds that the ex-Kaiser regards hie stay,at Doorn as leave.
