INCENDIARISM ALLEGED
ARREST AT PALMERSTON NORTH. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Palmerston No., Dec. 20. In the Police Court to-day, Henry Bell, aged 64, by occupation a cook arid at present unemployed, was charged with wilfully setting fire to a building in Ruahine Street last evening. He was remanded till the afternoon. A con .table proceeding home noticed a fire and warned the occupants. He .arrested the accused.
