Four children, the eldest aged four and the youngest five months, wereburned to death while trapped in a locked robin of their home at Coppabella station, Albury. The whole countryside is horrified at the appalling tragedy. The parents are Mr. and Mrs. Graham. The father works half a mile distant and ,the mother had occasion to visit him, so she locked the children in the room for safety. A drover passing the house some time later saw it burning fiercely. He made - frenzied efforts to break into the building, but the terrific heat made it impossible. Charred almost beyond recognition the bodies of the three elder children were found huddled in one earner. The body of the baby has not been recovered. No explanation of the fire can be given.
