The excursions of Reigh Count and Mike Hall have at any rate whetted the appetite and aroused the extreme interest of the English owners, who have been invited tcusend horses over for the big £20,000 “international” race mooted at° Arlington Park, near Chicago, U.S.A. I believe the project is well under way, and the owner of Brown Jack is one who would be prepared to lend a kindly ear to the whole business. Of course, “classic” or near classic horses like Invershin, Palais Royal 11., Cyclonic, Fairway and Bosworth could not be attracted across the Atlantic for such a stake as tlie one mentioned, but there are plenty of others that will easily be persuaded to go over, •'
