EEFORIIATIVB DETENTION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Hamilton, December 18. Thomas Hepburn-Thompson, aged 18, an English immigrant, was sentenced to two years’ reformative detention for passing eight valueless cheques at New Plymouth, Te Kuiti, Hamilton and Ngariiawahia.
