TENDERS. ANDREWS’ HOTEL, DANNEVIRKE. j- . 'J’HE Public Trustee invites alternative tenders as follows for the property known as “ANDREWS' HOTEL, DANNEVIRKE.” (1) PURCHASE of the freehold. (2) LEASE. The goodwill of a five or seven year lease at a rental of £45 per week, excluding the shops and the petrol station which are being separately leased.
