In the Supreme Court the proceedings between Dean Barnett and Bishop Cherrington ended this morning, an interim injunction, agaist the Bishop’s proposed inquiry into the dean’s fitness to hold his > present office being dismissed by Si’f*' Alexander Herdman on the application of both parties. The withdrawal of the case follows the agreement to refer the dispute to a committee appointed by Archbishop Averill.
