RULING GIVEN ON BROKEN TIME.

Rcc. 1,35 p.m. London, Dec. 6. The British Olympic Council last night debated the broken time problem and unanimously decided that no competitor who received any payment or compensation for loss of salary directly or indirectly or in any guiso 'whatever should be pennited to partake in future Olympic Games.
