HARROW’S STRANGE HEADGEAR.—An outstanding feature of Harrow School, one of the most famous in British Empire, is the straw hat, which is worn throughout the year. The hat has a wide brim but a very shallow crown, being kept in place by a narrow elastic band which is worn round the back of the head.
